Something broken, something confusing, or a question about what is held about you: tap Send feedback in the menu under your picture, or email support@cques.ai. When a screen breaks it shows a short code and a Send it to the team button; one tap sends the code, which screen it was and the error, and nothing from your armory. The same fault always produces the same code.
What to expect
- Something is down or you cannot get in: same day.
- Something is broken but you can work around it: a few days.
- A request to see or delete what is held about you: within a week, and you can do both yourself from the You screen without asking.
This is a small product run by two people. Those are honest targets rather than a contract.
What it cannot do yet
Written down so that a missing feature reads as “not yet” rather than “broken”.
- Finishing a season names a champion but awards no trophy. The season goes to “final”, the winner is recorded and the board keeps standing. The trophy shelf is built and empty: nothing writes to it yet.
- The shot timer hears shots through the phone’s microphone, and on a crowded live-fire range it can miss a shot or count a neighbour’s. Every time can be fixed before it is saved, and tap mode counts a shot each time you tap. It does not pair with a Bluetooth timer.
- Scoring is tap-to-mark. There is no photograph-of-the-target scoring.
- A score cannot be edited once saved. A crew admin can take a wrong one off the board, which leaves it in the record and out of the arithmetic.
- There is no undelete. Deleting your account is immediate and permanent.
- Serial numbers, gun photos and 3D scans stay on your phone only. They do not follow you to another phone, and signing out removes them. Before you sign out or change phones, save the details file from a gun’s Records and keep the photos in your camera roll.
- The app is English only, and dates and times follow your crew’s timezone rather than your phone’s.
- There is no web dashboard. It is built for a phone at a range and works with no signal; a wide screen just gets a wide version of the same thing.
Two things worth knowing when something goes wrong
Nothing you saved is lost when the app fails. Scores are written to your phone first and sent up afterwards, so a crash, a dead bar or a closed tab does not cost you the afternoon. If something has not synced, the Sync screen lists it and will retry.
A blank screen at a range is usually signal, not data. The app tells you when it is showing you a copy from your phone rather than a fresh answer, and the copy is real.
